Training & Products Terms and Conditions at QCIC.

* For full details of the Terms and Conditions relating to the Website of QCIC Personal Services please click here. Your place on a training course will only be reserved on receipt of the deposit. The deposit is transferable but not refundable. If you are paying in full at the time of booking, whether it is a late booking or in reference to an offer, the relevant deposit amount due for the course will be taken as part of the payment.

Quintessential colours international coaching is abbreviated to QCIC.

Paying by Payment Plan

Is a legally binding agreement. You agree to pay the installments on the due date and until full payment has been received by us. Late payments fees per day will be charged plus interest if payment is late. If you do not pay your installments, you will be removed from the programme. Previous installments already received by QCIC will not be refunded whatsoever.

One to One Training

Dates will only be held in my diary upon payment of the deposit. Balance payments are due 30 days prior to your training starting. If a meeting room is booked and you postpone/cancel your training, you are responsible for paying in full the venue costs.

Methods of payment

Fees can be paid on-line, by BACS transfer, by instalment plan or by cheque. Please make cheques payable to QCIC

Materials and equipment

Some courses include tools & equipment, others do not.

Late applications

If there are places available on the course, we will accept late applications right up to one day before the course. Please be aware for colour courses your draping equipment will be forwarded to you following the completion of your course. Late applications will usually have their place confirmed by email or phone.

Cancellations by QCIC 

QCIC reserves the right to amend or cancel the course/webinar, and change the course location. In the highly unlikely event that we have to cancel a course we will endeavor to give you at least one week’s notice and you will have the option of transferring to a later course or a full refund of the fees which will be returned to you within 14 days. We will not be liable for any losses arising as a consequence of any modification or cancellation of the course.

Cancellations by you

All deposits paid are transferable but not refundable.If you wish to cancel your place on the course your request should be made in writing within 14 days of paying; monies paid minus the deposit will be returned within 14 days.

What if the course starts within the 14 day period?

If you start your course within the 14 day period QCIC will not be able to offer you a refund. If you cancel outside of the 14 day period, you are not entitled to a refund.

On-line programmes/courses

Please be mindful of the following:

Upon completion of your enrollment, you will receive an email containing the information needed to access your course via our eLearning Platform. Please be aware that once this information is emailed to you, any fees paid are non-refundable. This no-refund cancellation policy is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs). Further information is available at www.oft.gov.uk. 

By signing up for learning on-line you agree to these terms. 

 

Non attendance/participation by You

Non attendance of the course/webinars/live classes/1-2-1 coaching or not commencing/loss of interest/cannot be bothered with the on-line coaching training programmes due to illness or for personal or professional reasons does not provide the right to refunds or a transfer to a later course. Any decision you make having attended our training are your own and you remain wholly responsible for any decisions and actions you take. QCIC has many satisfied clients and will support you as much as possible to ensure that the course works for you.

All Training  & On-line Programmes

Each individual’s success depends on dedication, desire and motivation. As with all courses it takes time to learn the concepts and to develop knowledge/skills and acquire confidence. Some self study will be required. QCIC know the programmes work but you need to put in the study time needed, attend classes, show up for 1-2-1 coaching.

Course attendees.

We are so confident that the information you’ll learn on the course will give you what you need to run your consultations/services. So, if by the end of the first day you feel we’re not delivering on what is promised on this website, you can choose to turn in your material, exit the course and ask for a refund. Refunds are issued to the original purchaser only.

Money back guarantee

If you are not happy with a product  you must:

  2. Return the product within 14 days in resale-able condition.
  3. The product will be checked for damage
  4. A refund will be issued within 14 days (there are no refunds issued for damaged products)
  5. You are responsible for return postage & packing

All other refunds

If a refund is due, it will be issued within 14 days.

Products

If a product is not right for your needs you must tell us, then at your own expense you must return the product to us using a traceable method. Once received, we will closely check the product for any damage. If damage is found a refund will not be issued. If everything is found to be okay with the returned product, a refund will be issued to the purchaser only.

Delivery of drapes/colour wands/wallets/swatches

Worldwide International deliveries: Are sent by track-able post. QCIC track the items on their way to you and will keep you updated as to their progress. All delivery times are approximate as we cannot specify how long each countries customs take to clear parcels & post, this is entirely out of our control. All items are to be signed for. If you are out at the time of a delivery, it is your responsibility to contact your local postal service for re-delivery. Failure by you to rearrange  a re-delivery does not entitle you to a refund.

UK National deliveries: Are sent by track-able post, via the post office. We will keep you updated as to the progress of your order. If you are not in when the delivery is made, it is your responsibility to contact the post office to arrange a convenient time. If you are out when they re-try, you are responsible again for arranging another re-delivery. Failure to do so and to not being available to accept your delivery does not entitle you to a refund.

Receiving your order: It is your responsibility to check your order as soon as it arrives. If there is a an item missing then you must let us know immediately, however if there is a note from our supplier to say that an item is being sent separately, if it hasn’t been received by you within 7 days, you must let us know. If you fail to let us know, you will have to pay for the missing item to be sent to you.

*Returning drapes/wands:

It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for drapes/wands to be returned to us. You must use a track able source in doing this. All drapes and wands will be individually checked on arrival for damage. Refunds are paid to the original purchaser only. If drapes/wands are damaged, no refund will be issued.

*As guidance notes come with the colour wands, it will not be accepted that you can return the wands in order to receive the guidance notes for free. If your thinking is this way please note you will not receive a refund at all as acting in this manner is fraudulent.

Paying Taxes

In some countries you may have to pay import/duty taxes, this is unavoidable. QCIC does not pay these for customers. Failure to pay these taxes and as such a product is returned to us does not entitle you to a refund.

Copyright

Copying any of our materials or systems in any format and copied in audio, written, or held on file is in breach of our world wide copyright. Any breach of copyright will be dealt with through the UK Courts and action will be immediate.

Taking and using images from this website is strictly prohibited. We have the copyright or have the relevant licences to use the images. To take and use any images of this website is stealing and is illegal and leaves you open to large fines and enforcement action being taken against you.

Additional policies

Independent Contractor

Each party shall be an independent contractor in its performance here-under and shall retain control over its personnel and the manner in which such personnel perform. In no event shall the parties to these terms and conditions be deemed to be anything other than independent contractors and in no event is this relationship deemed a partnership, joint venture, franchise or employment relationship of any kind.

Certificates

On successful completion of your course you will be given a certificate endorsed by the QCIC Replacement certificates can be produced up to one year after completion of the course but will incur a fee of £50.

Moderation of Terms & Conditions

QCIC  reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the QCIC site. They will supersede any other terms and conditions in whatever form given.
